I am a freelance photographer who lives just outside Salisbury, Wiltshire.
I graduated at Wiltshire College (Salisbury) in 2008 with a BA (Hons) and a PQE in PhotoMedia and was invited back to Salisbury College in 2009 to photograph a reunion of nearly 200 photographers and tutors from the past 50 years.
Since graduating I have photographed many weddings and freelance for the Salisbury Journal on a regular basis. As you can see from my portfolio, I undertake various commissions including school prospectuses and children’s ‘photoshoot’ parties and have been CRB checked. The photograph, ‘women of a certain age (5)’, was used by Salisbury College in their 2010/2011 Higher Education prospectus.
I enjoy all aspects of photography and like to capture the atmosphere of the moment in order that the memories can be enjoyed forever. At weddings I like to photograph all of the small detail as well as trying to capture the day’s events. Although it’s important to have some traditional group photographs I try to keep these to a minimum in order that the Bride and Groom enjoy their day with their family and friends. Where possible I like to view the venue with the Bride and Groom before the wedding day to discuss their requirements. Travelling is not a problem, however, if the venue is further than an hour’s drive away I would prefer to stay in a B&B beforehand, the cost of which will be included in my expenses. Prices are dependant on your requirements, i.e. length of time (do you wish me to photograph from the early morning into the evening or from just before the ceremony until the reception begins?) I can also arrange for an assistant if you would like the groom to be photographed before the ceremony or if you would like two photographers to cover as much as possible. Where possible my assistant will also be a photographer who has completed a degree in photography.
If you are interested in my photographic services please feel free to contact me to discuss the matter further..
